Every weekend I spend a morning baking bread. It's an inefficient habit, as it takes a lot of time and energy to make something that's readily available at every shop. But I still do it. I like going to the mill to buy my flour. I like kneading the dough early in the morning. I like the smell of bread as it's being baked. It's all over the house. And I like the feeling of eating something more healthy, how unfounded that may be.
